Return & Refund Policy

At Lowvis, we stand by the quality of our leather jackets. But we get it — sometimes what you get isn't quite what you expected. Maybe the fit’s off, something went wrong during shipping, or it’s just not what you had in mind. That’s okay. We're here to make things right, without the runaround.

How to Get Started

If you need to return something or want a refund, shoot us an email at [email protected] within 30 days of getting your order. Just include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • What item you want to return
  • A quick reason why (wrong size, damaged, didn’t arrive, etc.)
  • A photo, if something looks off

Our team (yes, real people!) will get back to you within 24 hours on business days with what to do next.

What We Cover

Damaged or Defective Stuff

Got a jacket that’s scratched, ripped, or clearly flawed? Let us know within 30 days. If it checks out:

  • We’ll send you a new one, or
  • Give you your money back — whichever you prefer
    Refunds take up to 7 business days after we get the item back.

Wrong Item?

If we messed up and sent the wrong thing:

  • You’ll get a prepaid return label
  • As soon as the wrong one’s on the way back, we’ll send the right one or refund you

Didn’t Get Your Package?

If your tracking’s been stuck or nothing showed up:

  • Contact us — we’ll look into it with the shipping service
  • If it’s confirmed undelivered, we’ll either refund you or send a new package

Cancellations

Change your mind?

  • Cancel within 24 hours of ordering — no problem, full refund
  • After that, if we’ve already shipped it, the order might be on its way — in which case, wait for it and return it once it arrives

Missing Something in the Box?

If part of your order didn’t make it:

  • Tell us within 7 days
  • We’ll double-check on our end and send the missing piece, or refund you if it’s no longer in stock

Wrong Size Sent (Our Fault)

If we sent the wrong size:

  • Reach out within 30 days with your order details and photos
  • We’ll fix it by sending the correct one or refunding you after return

(Note: If you picked the wrong size when ordering, returns might not be accepted unless approved.)

Package Was Beat Up in Transit

If the box arrives damaged and your jacket’s affected:

  • Snap a photo right away
  • Let us know within 7 days
  • We’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund

Timeframes

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • We respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat)
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return is received
